Orders placed on By Nadia Aboulhosn are shipped via USPS. Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours from the order date due to processing time. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
We accept size exchanges. Due to a limited quantity of inventory, availability is not guaranteed. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, you can send aN email with your name and order number along with the size you prefer to have. We will let you know if it is still available. If it is not available, we are more than happy to issue a refund as long as the return requirements are applicable.
Please note: if we do have the preferred size in stock and you want to proceed with the exchange, the customer covers return shipping costs back to us. We will then ship the new size to you free of charge.
I know for some, shopping online can be a hassle, but we don’t want that. If in any case your garment doesn’t fit, contact our customer care. Please include details on the return along with your name and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will respond to you within 2 business days.
Please read return requirements below:
- Merchandise is available for return within 10 days of delivery date.— Please be sure the item purchased is in sellable condition.
- Please be sure the item has not been worn, washed, altered and still has the original tags.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Please be sure to include receipt slip in the returned package.
- Please be sure to get tracking on your return package and send us the tracking info in an email with your order number. We are not responsible for packages we have not shipped out ourselves.
- After the return package is received, we will review it. If there are any damages/stains, the item will be returned back to you and you will not be refunded.
- Accepted returns will be issued back on the same form of payment. This usually takes 7-10 days.
